Singer Ivy's simple tricks to a great body: sleep and eat well


Singer Ivy exposed her secrets to a great bod on the May 26th broadcast of SBS Radio PowerFM's 'Kim Chang Ryul's Old School'.

The singer confessed, "Everybody believes that I work out, but honestly, I dislike exercise. I just maintain my body through my performances. I also sleep and eat well. Because of this, I tend to annoy some people [who actually work out]," causing laughter. 
Choi Jung Won also added, "Ivy becomes skinny only when she is performing. She naturally lost weight while practicing her dance moves for 'Chicago' and 'Urinetown' musicals. She also consumes healthy foods instead of foods that will make her gain weight. She shops for food on her own and even cooks up seafood-based dishes." 

Ivy's tips seem a lot less complicated than most female celebs' workout and diet routines, which usually involve vigorous exercises and a strict calorie intake. But then again not everyone is blessed with a naturally fast metabolism like Ivy!
