On April 10, miss A members revealed their ways of maintaing a slim and beautiful physique during an interview at KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank.'
Suzy first commented, "When managing my weight, I don't eat at night, but I instead eat something delicious the next day. I wouldn't eat dinner and then would reward myself the day after. Rigorous dieting doesn't fit me."
Fei then added, "I thought that I wouldn't gain weight, but I do gain weight in the places you can't see. My way of keeping a slim figure is to eat less. I eat before I feel full; I only eat a little."
Jia said, "I think I'm the most intense. I eat a lot when I'm not promoting. But when we start our promotions, I barely eat or I would eat mostly fruits and vegetables. I can't exercise much, so I diet by controlling my eating."
While Suzy, Fei, and Jia revealed that they managed their figure through strict portion control, Min was revealed to be the only member who also exercised. Min said, "I also control what I eat. I like exercising, so I maintain my figure through exercise."
Meanwhile, miss A recently made their comeback just last month with mini-album 'Colors' and are currently promoting with a funky and fun title track, "Only You."
Though starving and cutting out certain food may seem effective at first, keep in mind that exercising and eating healthily will help the most when it comes to maintaining a slim figure in the long run!
