SNSD's 800kcal meal plan


Breakfast - sweet pumpkins, cherry tomatoes, puddings (200kcal)
Lunch – Lemon, tomato, veggie Salad (300kcal)
Dinner – watermelon, pineapple, shrimp salad (300kcal)
They will snack on cucumbers when hungry.
K-DIET's author note, KEEP IN MIND THAT:
  1. This diet has been deemed false by SNSD's trainer.
  2. It is a diet that should not be followed for more than a short period of time. (a diet for when you have to lose weight fast for some special occasion)
  3. If you want to follow this diet, then make sure you eat 200kcal, 300kcal, 300kcal. And only of healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, seafood that are low in calories so that you can eat more.
  4. I don't recommend this diet for people with a very active lifestyle. (athletes, people with jobs that are physically demanding and so on)
  5. If you have some kind of disease, of course you should consult your physician first.
